Paul Pakosz (email@example.com) replied that I needed to "cancel" and re-order the goods with entry of the coupon. Your website appeared to offer no "cancel" option, so I did the only thing I could, given your website parameters, I "returned" my order contents for #4358065. Please replace my order # 4358065 (with no restocking or other fees) with this new identical order. Your telephone operator stated no one was present at the time I telephoned around 6pm 9/30/19 to discuss and effect this desired change. I repeat I do not want #4358065 nor its charge to my credit card. I do want the same items in this current order, at the estimated charge of $396.67 or less.
